A three-bedroom semi-detached home on a quiet residential street in Droylsden, east Manchester. Two king bedrooms plus a single upstairs, a single sofa bed downstairs, and a family bathroom with a rainfall shower. The layout is calm, well-kitted and easy to settle into. TVs in every bedroom and the lounge, Netflix on the main TV, and a large dining space that seats the family comfortably. Self-check-in via keypad means guests can arrive on their own timing, which suits contractors and long-haul travellers as much as weekend visitors.
The ground floor has a bright open-plan lounge with two grey recliner sofas, a real working fireplace, and a bay window onto the street. The kitchen is finished in modern white gloss with wood worktops and full appliance set (induction hob, air fryer, and everything you'd expect). Upstairs, a generous king-size main bedroom, a second king bedroom, and a styled single. A single sofa bed in the lounge takes an extra guest with a linen set available on request.
Droylsden sits east of central Manchester, a quick drive to the Etihad Stadium (10 minutes) and Manchester Piccadilly (15 minutes). The Metrolink at Droylsden or Audenshaw gives direct tram access to the city centre, MediaCityUK and Old Trafford. The M60 is a couple of minutes away for wider Manchester and out-of-city travel. Local shops, takeaways and the Snipe Retail Park in nearby Ashton-under-Lyne are all within a few minutes' drive. A relaxed suburban base, but Manchester's key destinations are all close.
